Release notes for version 1.0

Improvements since version 0.9.2:

• The "setup" tab of the Preferences Pane is simplified. I'm not partically fond of the current design so if you have any suggestion or idea for improving it, please send me a note.

• Fixed charset problem: GlimmerBlocker now uses full html5 rules for determining charset of html response. Pages where wrongly decoded as iso-8859-1 when they were modified by GlimmerBlocker (e.g. adding css) and they used a charset besides iso-8859-1 and they did not specify the charset in the http content-type header but only in a <meta> element. Thanks to Toni Treichel for reporting this bug.

• GlimmerBlocker is now automatically activated when initially installed. Previously the user had to click the authentication lock and then check "Activate GlimmerBlocker".
