Bug fix.

Fixed bug in keep-alive handling. Servers which closes the keep-alive connection quickly and which doesn't specify the timeout would cause GlimmerBlocker to report a SocketException (Broken Pipe) instead of just opening a new connection. Reported by Eivind Hovig.
