Stability improvements:

Fixed hang when creating and editing rules by using the suspect pane. Reported by Łukasz Piestrzeniewicz.

Fixed problem with occasional hang in saving/loading preferences and other uses of sub-processes.

Download and install of java is no longer needed as GlimmerBlocker includes it.
